Clone troopers where cloned from bounty hunter and trained on Kamino to be supirior soldiers. Clones were made to age rapidly so they were all dead by the time A New Hope came around. The Empire at that point had no need to keep cloning troops, but instead took volunteers. Hence why all the Admirals Vader force chokes look nothing alike and further more the girl (name can’t remember at the moment) Last name Eclipse, from the Unleashed game and book (which IS cannon and explains how the Rebellion was created) was just a person who went to an academy and joined up with the empire. Long story short, the Stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire were just random people with minimal training and had a very brief understanding of how to be useful -___- but Clonetroopers were a legitimate military trained force that knew what the fuck was up.
